ESG being Snobbish

Many are convinced that #esg is a legitimate cost to running ethical business responsibly.

However, there are widespread misconceptions that #carbonreduction must not be through procuring #carbonoffset.

Inasmuch as a business needs to be viable economically, #sustainability expense has to pass the test of #costeconomy.

For #decabonization area where it is cheaper and faster to offset, buying credit is a duty as #globalboiling is urgent and not there for waiting.

Morale standard for #greenwashing should have a higher bar than playing #greenhushing to justify low activity to support timely fair and just society where inclusivity is equal for the mighty, shorty and needy.

There is no ideal where say #msmes are unable to contribute to #pricediscovery where willing buyers and willing sellers trade openly to enable other legal economic intermediary to put #climateaction in the trajectory.

All the saying that translate into action for #environmentalsocialandgovernance transformation must be viewed in wide lens for all stakeholders in the universal ecosystem to make better living a reality.

Being snobbish is therefore hampering the growth of #humanity beyond the overly simple act of doing with misplaced mentality.
